Coronavirus Notice to Our Patients

Our clinics are OPEN in concordance with both Kansas and Oklahoma Guidelines established by the Governors or each respective State. Physical Therapy is considered an essential critical infrastructure and vital to keeping our patients healthy and on track for the most successful outcomes.

Our clinics are currently seeing patients for ESSENTIAL physical therapy services including acute and post-op care. As a healthcare facility, we are currently one of the only options for those who are suffering due to cancelled surgeries, chronic pain, and other issues during this unprecedented time where healthcare has suddenly become a precious commodity.

Our goal is to make sure we are available for our patients and anyone else who needs us at this time while options are limited. We are also offering Tele-medicine options for those who are unable to come into the clinic. 

Here are some of the measures we are taking to keep our clinics clean and safe:
  • Hand-washing before and after contact with patients.
  • We sanitize equipment and surfaces that patients contact throughout the day.
  • We are keeping patients separate from each other as much as possible.
  • We have reviewed and updated our Safety and Health policies and practices with guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and our local/State health departments.
  • Our front desk team screens patients for symptoms and exposure to COVID-19. Patients who meets these criteria will not be re-scheduled until after a two-week symptom-free incubation period, in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Our clinics are stocked with hand sanitizer and tissues at the front desk.
  • We are continuing our routine environmental cleaning as recommended by the CDC and our local/State health departments.
  • We are telling our sick staff members to stay home.
  • Any staff members who are ill will be sent home.

We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control and our local health departments regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials, and we will update you as new information becomes available.
